Hello, I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that the service tech you sent out on 8.16.12 was absolutely AWESOME!! He was very insiteful, helpful, and gave me great pointers on safety for my gas dryer! Because of Serge I would definately call A Bargain again!! Hi, Boris just left after replacing the door seal gasket on our front-loading clothes washer. My wife and I really appreciated his professionalism and he gave us lots of maintenance tips to help us prolong the life of our machine. Also, while Boris was working on our machine he was doing his best to support another customer over the phone. The customer he was dealing with was clearly “challenging” to say the least, but Boris was extremely professional and never lost his patience with the customer on the phone. We were impressed with his patience, professionalism, and expertise. Boris is clearly a very skilled technician and also a great ambassador for your company! We will be using your services again as a result!

He was punctual, efficient and tidy on the job and was able to solve my issue quickly. I just wanted to give our technician a thumbs up for the excellent customer service we received. Although I was not the one at home during the service call, my wife cannot quit talking about how great of service we received from your technician. I am not sure of his name as I cannot read his signature, but the ticket number is [Removed for privacy]. The technician called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and had the heart of a teacher. He not only diagnosed or stove, he made sure to explain everything he was doing and make sure my wife understood. Although he was unable to fix the problem, he was able to recommend a few things to try before replacing the stove. He recommended that we replace the breaker first, as it seemed a little weak. I did and the stove works great. I will definitely use A Bargain Appliance repair again and will recommend them to others. Please make sure and tell our technician what a great job he did. Great Customer service is hard to find these days, and I believe when someone gives great service you should let them know.
